  • When you visit Memphis, you must visit Graceland - the home of Elvis Presley, the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll.
  • Memphis has some of the best BBQ in the country. Memorable places include, Rendezvous, Central BBQ, A&R Bar-B-Que, Bar-B-Q Shop, Cozy Corner, Corky’s… you can’t really go wrong when eating BBQ in this city.
  • The National Civil Rights Museum is one of the city’s most popular and historically significant educational experiences.
  • Take a Memphis riverboat tour to see the city from the legendary Mississippi River, just as Mark Twain did.
  • Hop on a trolley to see historic Downtown Memphis. You’ll be guided past attractions like Beale Street, the Orpheum Theatre and the authentic Arcade Restaurant.
  • For an outdoor adventure head to Shelby Farms Park, the largest urban park in the country, for biking, hiking, horseback riding, fishing and plenty of space to play.
  • Head to the Peabody Hotel at 11am or 5pm to watch the infamous Peabody Duck March - a parade of 5 ducks led by the Duckmaster down a red carpet.

  • Tour Sun Studio, where Elvis made his first record and put the studio on the music map forever.
  • Shop the trendy boutiques of South Main street.
  • The iconic Beale street is home to three blocks of nightclubs, entertainment and retail shops.
  • The best way to experience Beale street is to grab a drink and take a stroll. Let your ears guide you as you hear music pouring out of almost every building.
  • As the saying goes, “Midtown is Memphis.” The Overton Square entertainment district is located in the heart of Midtown and has some of the best restaurants, theaters and shopping in the city.

Memphis is packed with unique venues to host corporate events of any size.
From Graceland to the FedEx Forum to museums and historic hotels, Memphis has something to offer group.
Some of the city’s best event venues include the Memphis Rock ‘n’ Soul Museum, the Metal Museum and the FedEx Institute of Technology. Also among the best is the Peabody Hotel, Agricenter International, Fogelman Executive Conference Center and Landers Center.
For larger events, the Memphis Cook Convention Center is an excellent choice. It includes an exhibition hall, a state-of-the-art performing arts center, and the largest ballroom in the region.
